Woo hoo! Just got home from work...
Still busy and I'll be busy tomorrow and Thursday. 12-hour days are back! But they are so much more bearable when you're paid by the hour. I did the math and decided I could buy an iPod with the extra cash - I also rationalized it, thinking I would run more if I had all my thousands of songs on one player.

By the way, have you guys seen the Mazda RX-8? I'm blown away by it, especially since it has a rotary engine! A rotary engine! I had no idea how one works, and ever since you explained the 4-stroke engine to me, Dad, when we saw the motorcycle exhibit at the Guggenheim a few years ago, I've been a bit fascinated by the whole internal combustion thing.

Also, check out Mazda's web-page for this very sporty looking 4-door (2 of those are 'suicide doors' that open backward) for under $30k. It just looks bad ass, and since it's a rotary engine, you can get the rpms up to 9500 whereupon the car beeps twice and lowers them so you don't burn out the engine! I hear the shifting is different, too...
I don't own a car, but if I were to buy one, this would be it, I think!
