He's talking about the Robot Balloon Escapes in Britain


so pretty soon some jackasses in Britain are gonna let
loose like this humanoid robot that they designed to,
say, weave rope out of flax but they just happened to
give it superior intelligence and accidentally
downloaded like martial arts programs and detailed
manuals on the miriad ways to kill humans and grind
their bones and just happened to let it loose close to
a couple of airports because the stupid f*ckers
couldn't hold on to the restraining ropes, which had
conveniently been made by the robot and were,
supposedly, unbreakable and highly griffbar. god bless
sentient robot balloons. like the limerick? ... see
